Terms and Conditions

Booking terms for experiences sold through YUTER

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply when you browse, book, pay for or use an experience, event, service, voucher or pass (each an “Experience”) offered by a merchant (the “Merchant”) through the YUTER platform (“YUTER”, the “Platform”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Each Merchant is responsible for the Experiences it offers, including their description, price, availability, delivery, safety and any additional terms shown on its pages. YUTER provides the technology that lets you discover, book, pay for and redeem those Experiences.

By making a booking or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, to the Merchant's own terms shown on the relevant location or event page, and to our Privacy Notice.

Part A — Bookings, Passes and Vouchers

1. Your booking

A booking is confirmed once payment has been completed and you receive a confirmation email. Each booking contains one or more passes (“Passes”), each giving you the right to the Experience described at the time of purchase.

Please check your booking details carefully. Contact the Merchant promptly if anything is incorrect.

2. Types of Experience

  • Fixed date and time: the Pass is valid for the date and time shown when you booked.
  • Time slot: you choose an available slot when booking; the Pass is valid for that slot only.
  • Open-date voucher: you buy now and arrange a time with the Merchant later; it can be redeemed once within its validity period.
  • Multi-session pass: the Pass can be redeemed for the number of sessions shown, within its validity period.

Validity periods are shown before you pay and in your confirmation. Unused Passes, vouchers and sessions expire at the end of their validity period and cannot be extended or refunded unless the Merchant agrees otherwise.

3. Redeeming a Pass

Show your Pass QR code or code to the Merchant when you arrive. The Merchant will redeem it to confirm the Experience has been used. A redeemed Pass, or a redeemed session of a multi-session pass, cannot be used again.

For open-date vouchers and multi-session passes, contact the Merchant in advance to arrange your visit. Availability is at the Merchant's discretion and is not guaranteed on any particular date.

Keep your Pass private. Anyone presenting a valid Pass may be allowed to redeem it, and lost or shared Passes may not be replaced.

4. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Each Merchant sets its own rescheduling, cancellation and refund policy, which is shown on its location or event page. Where no policy is shown, bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, except where the law requires otherwise.

If a Merchant cancels or materially changes an Experience, it will offer you a reasonable alternative or a refund of the amount you paid for the affected Passes.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Promo code and Yuter Coins discounts are not paid out in cash.

5. Arriving and taking part

Please arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten your Experience or, at the Merchant's discretion, be treated as a no-show.

Tell the Merchant before your visit about any health condition, allergy, pregnancy or other circumstance that may affect your ability to take part safely. The Merchant may refuse or stop an Experience if it reasonably believes it is unsafe to continue.

Follow the Merchant's reasonable instructions, house rules and any age or health requirements shown on its pages.

6. Responsibility for Experiences

The Merchant is responsible for delivering each Experience with reasonable care and skill and in line with its description. Questions or complaints about an Experience should first be raised with the Merchant.

To the extent permitted by law, YUTER is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or delivery of Experiences provided by Merchants. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Part B — Using the YUTER Platform

1. Role of YUTER

YUTER operates the technology that lets Merchants offer Experiences and lets you book, pay for and redeem them. Unless stated otherwise, YUTER is not the provider of the Experiences and is not a party to the contract between you and the Merchant for the Experience itself.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the Merchant's currency and include any amounts stated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, currently Stripe, and are subject to its terms. YUTER does not store your full card number or security code.

If a payment is not completed within the time allowed, any places held for you are released.

3. Promo codes

Promo codes are issued by Merchants, may have conditions such as a minimum spend, validity dates, a usage limit or eligible Experiences, and can be withdrawn at any time. Only one promo code can be used per booking. Promo codes have no cash value.

4. Yuter Coins

Yuter Coins are a YUTER loyalty reward that can be used towards bookings paid in Hong Kong dollars at participating Merchants. 10 Yuter Coins are worth HK$1 off the amount payable.

Yuter Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money, and are linked to the email address on your account. Coins used on a booking that is not completed are returned to your balance. We may correct balances credited in error and may cancel coins obtained through misuse.

5. Asia Miles

Where offered, you may add your Asia Miles membership details to a booking to earn Asia Miles. Miles are awarded under the Asia Miles programme terms and may take time to appear. The name you provide must match your Asia Miles account. YUTER is not responsible for miles not credited because of incorrect or incomplete details.

6. Reviews

Reviews must reflect your genuine experience and must not contain offensive, unlawful or misleading content, personal information about others, or advertising. Merchants may approve or hide reviews in line with these rules, and we may remove reviews that break them.

By posting a review or photo, you allow the Merchant and YUTER to display it on the Platform with your first name and last initial.

7. Accounts and guest checkout

You can book as a guest or with an account. Please provide accurate contact details so we can send your confirmation and Passes. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in codes and account secure.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
  • resell Passes, vouchers, promo codes or Yuter Coins without the Merchant's permission;
  • interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, accounts or data;
  • use automated systems to make bookings or abuse Platform features; or
  • impersonate another person or provide false information.

We may suspend accounts or cancel bookings where reasonably necessary to protect customers, Merchants or the Platform.

9. Platform availability

We aim to keep the Platform available and working reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, for example during maintenance or because of third-party outages.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Platform, our services or the law. The version in force when you make a booking applies to that booking.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

12. Contact

For questions about a specific Experience, booking or Pass, please contact the Merchant using the details on its pages.

For questions about the YUTER platform, Yuter Coins or your account, please contact YUTER support.
